This is the new lightweight budget version of the Camelbak Motherlode, designed specifically for the UK market with simplified features and lighter weight - overall weight now only 1.7kg!
Made from a lightweight but tough 500 denier nylon.
There is in excess of 35 litres of storage capacity for kit, along with a 3 litre water bladder.
Main compartment gives access to the water bladder, and also contains a flat pocket to hold a radio, laptop etc, and a zip closure mesh pocket to hold keys or similar small items.
Top zipped compartment at the rear is fleece lined to give protection to goggles, glasses, NVG equipment or similar.
Lower front compartment contains another mesh pocket with zip closure top.
Rear face of the pack features velcro panel for name patches, unit flashes etc, along with tough horizontal molle strips to which additional pouches could be added as desired.

Padded shoulder straps with chest sternum strap.

This version no longer has the padded hip belt.

Hydration pack features the HydroLink Modular Connection System with positive shut-off HydroLock valve.
