We are pleased to accept payment by Cash, Cheques, Postal Orders, and most major Credit and Debit cards.
Cheques or Postal Orders should be made payable to "STRIKEFORCE". If sending cash, please use registered post. Sufficient time must be allowed for cheques to clear.
We are able to accept PayPal as an alternative to credit cards. Please contact us should you require this facility.
No orders will be dispatched unless appropriate postage fees have been included. Orders accompanied by postal orders or cash will normally be sent out within 48 hours, subject to item availability.
Phone us for a quote before sending payment. This also helps ensure we have your requirements in stock.
The majority of orders are sent with FedEx, who provide a reliable next day service. Please ensure there is someone to sign for these deliveries - alternatively, we can ship to a work address is this is more convenient.
Some smaller items are sent Royal Mail First-Class Post.
For quickest dispatch of goods, we are able to accept most major debit and debit cards. Please phone us stating the goods you require, and quote card number, expiry date, issue number (Switch and Solo cards), your address and contact telephone number.

We welcome orders from customers overseas. Please phone or fax before ordering as additional postage charges will be necessary.
We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from Strikeforce Supplies.
Customers wishing to return goods should notify us within 14 days if they are not to their satisfaction. After this period the sale is final.
- We make no charge for returns - there is no restocking fee.
- Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.
- We will credit the card used for initial payment. We may need to contact you as we do not keep all card details on file. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.
- If the original payment was via PayPal we will credit the PayPal account that the order was placed with.
If you return something due to it not fitting or being suitable, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.
We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss.
Customers please note that certain items such as knives etc, can only be supplied to persons over the age of 18. This is to comply with current UK Law on such items.
